From the fresh seeds in the mountainous region of Lares, that is where Cafe Lealtad origin begins. The history and quality of tradition goes back to 1830, when the coffee industry in Puerto Rico had international recognition and was an economic axis of the island. In Cafe Lealtad our inspiration comes from the practices of coffee growers from yesteryear, always caring to extract the best aroma and taste. We take care of the process from seed to cup to bring a quality cup to you. INSTRUCTIONS: Over a cloth or paper filter, add at least 1 spoonful (7grams/100milliter) of Cafe Lealtad for every cup. RECOMMENDATION: Do not boil or re-heat the drink. Discard the coffee grounds. CONSERVATION: Conserve in airtight container. If preferred, in the refrigerator.
