CUPPING PROFILE – Harmony between the vibrant fruit, cocoa and nut flavors. (Descriptive cupping terms are simply subtle undertones in the coffee itself as no flavors are added to the coffee.) FRESH & NOT OILY – Our coffee is roasted in small batches and packaged the same day in ventilated bags to ensure consistency, high quality and fresh coffee. ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE – At Breckenridge Coffee Roasters, we are proud to present all of our consumer products in 100% compostable packaging. This ensures you’re staying green with every cup of joe. ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROASTED – We roast our beans in two Rocky Mountain locations, both above 9,600 feet. One is right in our cafe, located on Ridge Street in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The other roasting operation is located outside of town, tucked away in the woods among the pines.
