The Espresso High quality Institute (CQI), which runs the Q grader certification program for espresso execs, is looking all espresso cuppers to take a brief talents survey.
Open till Nov. 1 to Q graders and another execs who cup or overview espresso, the survey is designed to assist the nonprofit group overview the day by day actions and pursuits of operating cuppers.
Its effects can be used to tell the nonprofit’s long term curriculum and programming tendencies.
“That is a very powerful a part of the twentieth anniversary of the Q,” CQI CEO Michael Sheridan stated in a contemporary announcement from the crowd. “We’re so happy with our group and the position it has performed within the evolution of the trade over the last two decades. We spent 2024 celebrating that, and now we need to the longer term to verify we’re construction the abilities that cuppers want for the following 20.”
The survey is designed to be fast and simple, and is to be had in a couple of languages. CQI stated that the survey represents the “first section of an extensive analysis of talents through which CQI is engaged.”
